  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For adding into brownie mix

Cookie Layer

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, peanut butter, oats, and chopped nuts.

Baking

  • Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan, then layer the cookie mixture on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
