  • 2 cups Buffalo chicken Cooked and shredded.
  • 1 cup Chopped celery For crunch and freshness.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese Can be substituted for another cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing For dipping.

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil for frying.

Assembly
