Preparation

  • Start by grilling the peaches until they are caramelized and slightly soft. Allow them to cool before slicing.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and grilled peach slices.
  • Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and add it to the salad.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
