  • 4 medium Tomatoes Heirloom or cherry tomatoes are great options.
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves Use whole leaves for the best presentation.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into even slices.
  • On a large plate or bowl, alternate layers of mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
