  • 1.5 cups milk Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Cooking

  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface.
  • Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter thinly and evenly covers the surface.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.
  • Loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Serve these crêpes warm with toppings like fresh fruit, whipped cream, or savory fillings. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months. Ensure to cool completely before stacking and using parchment paper to separate them.
