Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped For garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, letting it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve Firecracker Salmon with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad. Adding a lime wedge will enhance the taste. For stronger flavors, allow the salmon to marinate longer than 15 minutes. Adjust sriracha based on spice preference. You can also grill the salmon for a smoky flavor.
