  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For enhanced flavor.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Scatter mixed berries and chopped nuts over the yogurt.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store any leftover yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. You can also drizzle honey on top before serving for extra sweetness. Mix in other toppings like granola or chocolate chips for variety. A pinch of cinnamon can add extra flavor.
