Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lamb chops Any type of lamb chop can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin olive oil recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground black pepper preferred.

Optional ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced (optional).
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary Fresh rosemary is recommended (optional).

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using).
  • Rub the mixture over the lamb chops.
  • Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes for a medium-rare finish.
  • Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Drizzle with extra olive oil or lemon juice for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
