  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into small, even pieces
  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 large Egg Scrambled
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 4 pieces Mandarin pancakes or lettuce wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Oil For cooking
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and diced chicken, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Add shredded cabbage and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until softened.
  • Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and scramble the egg on the other side until fully cooked.
  • Mix everything together and add hoisin sauce, stirring well to combine.
  • Serve the mixture in Mandarin pancakes or wrapped in lettuce leaves.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for better flavor. For more heat, add red pepper flakes or sliced chili. Customize the recipe with more vegetables like bell peppers or use tofu/shrimp instead of chicken.
