Ingredients
  

  • Tomato paste, 6 ounces
  • Tomato sauce, 15 ounces
  • Dried oregano, 1–2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic salt, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Sugar, 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomato paste and tomato sauce in a bowl
  • Add dried oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and garlic salt
  • Stir until fully blended
  • Season with sugar and black pepper
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store as needed

Notes

Adjust herbs and seasonings to taste
For a chunkier texture, use strained crushed tomatoes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage
Add a pinch of salt separately if using low-sodium ingredients
