Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 8 oz rotini pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

Making the Dressing

  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and shredded cheese to the dressing and stir until well combined.

Chilling

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
