Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds), sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs For extra crunch, panko breadcrumbs can be used.
  • Fresh dill, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Place the chicken in a large baking dish and pour the dill pickle ranch dressing over the top.
  • Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  • In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Garnish with freshly chopped dill before serving.
  • Serve hot from the oven, with extra dill pickle ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely, then place it in an airtight container and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating. You can also season and marinate the chicken a few hours ahead.
