Ingredients
  

  • Strawberry Yogurt 12 ounces
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Raspberries 1 cup
  • Fresh Blackberries 1 cup
  • Parchment Paper 1 sheet

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine yogurt and almond milk in a bowl
  • Fold in cleaned raspberries and crushed blackberries
  • Use a spoon to portion the mixture into small bites on the baking sheet
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours before transferring to an airtight container

Notes

For lower sweetness use plain Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp honey
Freezing time can be adjusted based on desired firmness
