Preparation

  • Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.

  • Roll each cucumber strip lengthwise to create wraps, securing the filling inside.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
