  • 4 pieces croissants Flaky and buttery
  • 4 pieces eggs Fluffy
  • 4 slices ham Savory slices

Cooking

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set. Season with salt and pepper.
  • While the eggs are cooking, slice the croissants in half.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, layer a slice of ham and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese and cover with the top half of the croissant.

Notes
