Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta Use fresh or dried pasta.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a richer sauce.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Can substitute with olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better flavor.

Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For coating the chicken.

Garnish

  • Parsley for garnish optional Adds color and flavor.

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let it rest before slicing.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer. Stir in the cooked fettuccine and season with salt and pepper.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy fettuccine Alfredo topped with sliced crispy chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream if needed.
