Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
  • Spray the wings lightly with cooking spray.

Baking

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or spicy buffalo sauce.
  • Pair with fresh veggies, like celery and carrot sticks.

Notes

Make sure to coat the wings evenly with oil and seasoning for the best flavor. Using a wire rack helps the heat circulate around the wings for extra crispiness. Do not overcrowd the wings on the baking rack to allow even cooking.
