Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green seedless grapes (about 4 ½ cups)
  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes (about 4 ½ cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup toasted pecan pieces

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the grapes in a colander under cold water. Spread them out on a clean kitchen towel to dry. Remove any bruised or damaged grapes.
  • In a separate bowl, add the softened cream cheese and use an electric mixer to whip it until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  • Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon the cream cheese-sour cream mixture over the grapes and toss gently until the grapes are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and toasted pecans evenly over the top of the grape salad.
  • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least one hour or until you're ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing. Use a mix of green and red grapes for a pop of color and flavor. Toasting the pecans enhances their natural flavor. Adjust sweetness as per taste. Store in an airtight container; best served fresh.
