  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the sauerkraut and corned beef; cook for 10 minutes.

Final Steps

  • Reduce the heat; stir in the cream and Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the shredded Swiss cheese and stir until melted.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
