  • 2 cups lobster meat, chopped Choose fresh for the best flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream Use less for a lighter sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pasta of your choice (optional) Fettuccine, linguine, or penne are recommended.

  • In a large skillet, heat the garlic in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Add the diced tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, followed by the lobster meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked pasta or seafood, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To store leftovers, let it cool and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat gently.
