  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.

Serving

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients such as garlic and quality Parmesan cheese. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water or milk for desired consistency. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
