  • 1 pound Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (unsalted preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 4 ounces Ramen Noodles (instant is ideal)
  • 2 stalks Green Onions (chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, allowing the garlic to become fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Lower the heat and add the heavy cream (or coconut milk). Mix well and allow it to heat through.
  • Add the ramen noodles to the pot, cooking according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a punch of flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving. Adjust the thickness of the broth by adding more or less cream based on your preference. You can also add vegetables like spinach, bok choy, or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor.
