Ingredients
  

For the rolls

  • 1 can crescent dough Use refrigerated crescent dough.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftover or rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure to fully soften before mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds creaminess to the filling.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with another cheese.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.
  • 1 cup chicken gravy For serving, can use any preferred gravy.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then roll up.
  • Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm, topped with chicken gravy.

Notes

These rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at a low temperature until warmed through or microwave for a quick option.
