Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta shells Any shape can be used.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Substitutes can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use cheddar or mozzarella, or a mix for different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped Adds flavor and depth.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Can add more for extra flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Olive oil for cooking Any cooking oil can be used.

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  • Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Cooking

  • Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and easy creamy beef and shells.

Notes

This dish is best served hot. Can be garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. May be frozen; thaw overnight and reheat.
