Preparation

  • Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  • In a mixing bowl, add eggs, cottage cheese, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise (if using), celery, and green onions.
  • Mix everything until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to meld flavors.

Notes
