Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Cake Base

  • 1 box cookie dough ice cream
  • 1 package pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • to taste Sprinkles (optional) For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the cookie dough according to package instructions and press half of it into the bottom of a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
  • Bake the cookie base for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, then let it cool completely.

Assembly

  • Once cooled, spread the cookie dough ice cream evenly over the cooled cookie base.
  • Crumble the remaining cookie dough (raw or baked) and sprinkle it over the ice cream layer.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Freeze the cake for at least 2-4 hours to firm up.
  • Before serving, add sprinkles if desired, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover pieces in the freezer covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. It can last up to two weeks but is best enjoyed sooner.
