Ingredients
  

For the lemonade

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice Make sure to use fresh for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut rum Can be omitted for a non-alcoholic version.
  • to taste cubes Ice cubes
  • optional Lime slices and mint for garnish For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the fresh lime juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the coconut milk and coconut rum to the blender. Blend again until everything is mixed well.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Coconut Rum Brazilian Lemonade over the ice.
  • Garnish with lime slices and mint if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store it in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. Stir well before serving as ingredients may separate.
