Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss until the parsnips are evenly coated.
  • Spread the parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

Notes
