Ingredients
  

Casserole Base

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 0.25 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup pizza sauce

Seasonings and Toppings

  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For tossing biscuit pieces

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Add pizza sauce and mix to coat evenly. Stir in half the mozzarella, half the pepperoni, and any additional toppings.

Assembling and Baking

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
