Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use plain or flavored, depending on preference.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust amount based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 cup SunButter or any nut butter Feel free to use almond butter or cashew butter as alternatives.
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal For sprinkling on top of chocolate.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and SunButter until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • Once frozen, cut into bars.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  • Sprinkle crispy rice cereal on top of the chocolate before it hardens.
  • Place the bars back in the freezer to set the chocolate.

Notes

Serve these bars straight from the freezer. Add a drizzle of extra melted chocolate or sprinkle of nuts for extra flavor and texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, separated with parchment paper.
