Ingredients
  

For the Bake

  • 1 package mini croissants, chopped (10 to 13-oz)
  • 2 packages cream cheese, at room temperature (8-oz each)
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Place the chopped croissant pieces in the prepared pan and sprinkle them with chocolate chips.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  • Pour in the milk and mix until everything is combined.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the croissant pieces in the pan.
  • Let it stand for 20 minutes, or you can cover it and refrigerate overnight.

Baking

  • Bake the dish uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy, optionally sprinkling with powdered sugar or adding a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
