Ingredients
  

For the Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 cup 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces 2 chicken breasts, sliced Use tender chicken breasts for the best results.
  • 200 grams 200g noodles Any type of noodles may be used.
  • for garnish Green onions, for garnish Slice thinly for topping.
  • for garnish Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
  • Marinate the sliced chicken in the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until it’s fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the remaining teriyaki sauce.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Add red pepper flakes for spice if desired. Customize by adding vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots for enhanced nutrition and texture.
