6 flour tortillas (8-inch, warmed)",

"12 chicken tenders (cooked – breaded or grilled)",

"2 cups shredded lettuce",

"1 cup diced tomatoes",

"1 small cucumber, thinly sliced",

"1 small red onion, thinly sliced",

"1 avocado, sliced (optional)",

"1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese",

"½ cup ranch dressing (or sauce of choice: BBQ, chipotle mayo, honey mustard, etc.)",

"Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.",

"Layer base: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add shredded lettuce as the first layer to act as a moisture barrier.",

"Add chicken: Place 2 chicken tenders in the center of each tortilla.",

"Top with veggies: Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and avocado slices if using.",

"Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the vegetables.",

"Drizzle sauce: Spoon ranch dressing or your favorite sauce on top.",

"Wrap tightly: Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla from the bottom up to enclose the filling.",

"Slice and serve: Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
