  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Making the Garlic Sauce

  • Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Notes

For best flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Feel free to play around with the spices. You can use store-bought garlic sauce if short on time. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
