  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Make sure chicken is well-drained
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., marinara sauce, additional cheese, vegetables, pepperoni) Customize to your preference

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined pizza pan, shaping it into a crust.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
