Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken

  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 200 g chicken breast, diced

Bacon and Seasoning

  • 100 g bacon, chopped Crispy bacon adds flavor and texture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese and Eggs

  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated Use good quality Parmesan for best flavor.
  • 2 large eggs Whisk with cheese before adding to pasta.

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish when serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Chicken and Bacon

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the hot pasta to the skillet with the chicken. Remove from heat. Quickly pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly to create a creamy sauce.
  • Add the crispy bacon and mix well.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of water or cream.
