Ingredients
  

  • Crescent roll dough, 1 can (8 oz)
  • Shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup
  • Cream cheese, softened, 4 oz
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded), ½ cup
  • Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon
  • Melted butter, 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  • Place 1½ tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each dough triangle
  • Fold dough corners into the center to form a sealed roll
  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet
  • Brush tops with melted butter
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown

Notes

Use room-temperature dough for easier handling
Add dried parsley or Parmesan cheese for extra flavor
For guaranteed flaky baked dough, let shaped rolls rest at room temperature for 5 minutes before baking
Substitute olive oil for butter to reduce saturated fat
