Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (can substitute avocado oil)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves fresh minced garlic)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (or 1 tbsp finely chopped onion)
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked paprika optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and well combined.
  • Warm the tortillas briefly on the stovetop or in the oven.
  • Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Add a few tablespoons of creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll up tightly to form wraps.

Notes

Use rotisserie or pre-cooked chicken to save time.
For a crunchier wrap, lightly toast the tortillas before assembling.
For a lower-fat version, use reduced-fat cheese and substitute half the olive oil with nonstick spray.
Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month. Reheat on a pan or in the oven.
