  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced Make sure to cut into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in the orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  • Add the broccoli florets and cover; cook for about 10 minutes, or until the orzo is tender.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
