Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • ½ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 200 g Cream cheese, softened
  • cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Dough

  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, 450 g)

Topping

  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Separate and flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each circle.
  • Pull the dough edges over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.

Baking

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Serve Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bombs warm with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese dressing. To store leftovers, let them cool down, then place them in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until hot and crispy. Make sure your cream cheese is really soft for easy mixing. Don’t overfill the biscuit dough, or it will be hard to seal. You can customize these bombs by adding diced vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the filling. For a milder flavor, use BBQ sauce instead.
