Preparation

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Add the provolone cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the cooked tortellini and season with salt and pepper.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
