Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  • Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  • Transfer the mixture to a pie dish or baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
