Ingredients
  

1 (14 oz) can cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)",

"1/4 cup orange juice",

"1 tsp orange zest",

"1 tbsp brown sugar",

"1/2 tsp cinnamon",

"1/2 tsp grated ginger",

"Pinch of salt",

"1 tbsp port wine or Grand Marnier (optional)

Instructions
 

Place canned cranberry sauce in a saucepan over low heat.",

"Add orange juice, zest, and brown sugar; stir until smooth.",

"Sprinkle in cinnamon and ginger; warm gently for 5–7 minutes.",

"Add port wine, stir, and remove from heat.",

"Cool for 10 minutes before serving or refrigerating.

    Notes

    Avoid boiling the sauce to preserve texture. Store in airtight jars for up to 2 weeks.
