Ingredients

For the truffle mixture

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, peanut butter, graham crackers, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat them completely.
  • Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Serving

  • Serve and enjoy the Butterfinger Truffles as a sweet dessert or a treat during gatherings.
  • They can be placed on a decorative plate or in small cupcake liners for an appealing presentation.

Notes

Make sure to let the truffles freeze well before dipping them in chocolate to ensure they hold their shape. Use a fork or a skewer to dip the truffles in the melted chocolate for better coverage and ease. For a crunchier texture, leave some Butterfinger chunks in the truffle mixture.
