  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips Can use dark or white chocolate as variations.
  • 1/2 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed Can substitute with other candies like Reese's or M&Ms.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top of the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage up to one month. Allow to thaw before serving. Experiment with different toppings like chopped nuts or sprinkles.
