Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

  • Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Pour in the chicken broth, cover the skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
  • Before serving, stir in the lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes
