  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks; season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Once the turkey is browned and cooked through, add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet.
  • Cook until the Brussels sprouts are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize this dish by adding bell peppers or carrots. Use frozen Brussels sprouts if fresh ones aren't available; just thaw them before cooking. For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes.
