  • 1 batch fudgy brownies Prepared according to your favorite recipe
  • 1 pint favorite ice cream Choose your preferred flavor
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce For drizzling over the ice cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos For sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce For additional drizzle
  • 1 cup whipped cream To top off the cake

Preparation

  • Prepare the brownies according to your favorite recipe and let them cool completely.
  • Once cooled, spread a layer of your chosen ice cream over the brownies.
  • Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
  • Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  • Drizzle salted caramel sauce and finish with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Slice and enjoy your delicious brownie ice cream cake!

Notes

Serve chilled for best flavor. Optional to drizzle extra hot fudge or sprinkle more crushed Oreos for presentation. Leftovers can be stored covered in the freezer for up to a week.
