Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kashi GOLEAN cereal
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh berries strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • A few almond slices or crushed walnuts for topping

Instructions
 

  • Spoon half of the yogurt into a serving glass or jar.
  • Add a layer of Kashi cereal on top of the yogurt.
  • Add half of the berries, followed by a drizzle of honey if using.
  • Repeat the yogurt, cereal, and berry layers.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds and almond slices on top.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 12 hours for a grab-and-go breakfast.

Notes

Use non-dairy yogurt to keep it vegan.
Add a spoonful of nut butter for extra protein.
Mix and match seasonal fruits like mango, peaches, or kiwi.
