Preparation

  • Wash and cut the limes into quarters.
  • In a blender, combine the limes, sugar, coconut, and cold water. Blend until the limes are well processed.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp and solids.
  • Serve the lemonade over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, this lemonade can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Stir before serving again. Consider adding a splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess or mixing in mint for freshness.
